2012, the year of the dragon, is considered to be the luckiest year in the Chinese zodiac. The Noble House would like to celebrate this special New Year with our friends and guests with a special menu.

**Appetizer**

Lobster Spring Rolls: Maine lobster meat with cabbage and carrots, hand wrapped in thin pasta skin then deep fried to crisp.

Pearl Studded Chinese Meatballs: Scrumptious meatball made with pork, shrimp and shiitake mushroom, immaculately rolled in pearly sticky rice and steamed to perfection.

Ruby Dumpling: Shrimp and bamboo shoots marinated in sesame spice, wrapped in ruby color rice pasta shell and steamed.


**Soups**

Blue Crab Chowder: Blue crab meat with corn prepared in a thickened chicken broth.

Gold and Jade: A delightfully mild flavored soup made from corn and peas, which resemble gold and jade, implying abundance in the New Year.

Shrimp Wonton: Shrimp wontons simmered in our homemade chicken broth with Chinese cabbage.



**Entrees**

Mandarin Fish in Sweet Vinegar Paste: Fish in a symbol of surplus in the Chinese culture. Lightly fried and finely cut, crunchy on the outside whilst tender within, the fish meat is shaped into blossom and hisses in hot paste, making this exquisite dish a centerpiece for the whole table.

Ginger and Scallion King Crab Leg: One pound of large crab leg sautéed with white wine sauce, seasoned with ginger and scallion.

Stuffed Eggplant: Eggplant halves stuffed with pork and shrimp, fried to crispy, topped with oyster sauce.

Minced Pork w. Basil: Minced pork stir-fried with basil leaves and onion, served with pancakes and hoisin and sauce.


**Dessert**

Chinese Rice Pudding: A traditional Chinese dessert made with sticky rice, red bean paste, dates, resins and cherries.
